Is there an age limit to play? Yes. Absolute Competitions is strictly 18+ only. We use secure, automated background checks during the checkout process to verify the age and identity of all our customers.

The “Absolute” Guarantee & Responsible Play

What happens if a competition doesn’t sell out? At Absolute Competitions, we don’t believe in extending timers or reducing prizes. Every single draw on our site is a Guaranteed Draw. Regardless of how many tickets are sold, the draw will always take place on the advertised closing date, and the winner will receive the exact prize advertised. No extensions, no reduced cash alternatives.

Can I pay with a Credit Card? No. To promote responsible play and fully comply with the DCMS Voluntary Code, Absolute Competitions operates a strict Debit-Only policy for our Instant win competitions. We do not accept Credit Cards or “Buy Now, Pay Later” services.

• Permanent Closure: You can choose to permanently close your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Please note: During any formal suspension or closure period, you will not be permitted to take part in any prize draws, and we will immediately stop sending you all marketing materials, including emails and SMS.

Where can I get support if I need it? If you feel you are experiencing harm, please utilize our dashboard exclusion tools and seek free, confidential support from organizations such as Citizens Advice, National Debtline, Samaritans, or Mind.

How is the winner chosen? We use a verifiable random number generator (Google RNG) to ensure every main draw is 100% fair. We perform the draws via a Live Stream or Screen Recording on our social media channels so you can see the results for yourself in real-time.

What about Instant Wins? Instant win prizes are pre-allocated by our secure, automated system before a competition goes live. As soon as you check out, the system checks your ticket numbers against the winning list. If you hit a match, you win instantly and will be notified on-screen!

How will I know if I’ve won? We will call, text, or email you using the details provided in your account. Make sure your contact details are always up to date!

What is the Winners Wall? To prove our competitions are genuine, we feature our winners on our Winners Wall. We ask all winners to provide a quick photo of themselves with their prize to show the community that real people really win!

Delivery & Account

How do I get my prize?

• Local Delivery: If you live within a 20-mile radius of Midsomer Norton (BA3), the Absolute team will personally deliver your prize right to your door!

• National Delivery: If you are outside this area, we will send your prize via a tracked and insured courier service at absolutely no extra cost to you.

I haven’t received my ticket numbers, what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first! If it’s not there, log in to your account on our site and navigate to “My Orders” to view all your active ticket numbers.
